Hi everyone,

I still have not received our NOA2. Everyone else, many of the people who filed around the same time period has received theirs. I am still to think we have inlucded too much evidence as I go through the K1 facebook pages where people advice you should not. If I could I wouldn't had I known. Help, I am feeling so anxious and I am starting to have all these what-if thoughts, which is unsettling. I can't undo the detailed evidence. Anyone here went thru the same and submitting detailed evidence?

There is always others who have "committed" the same mistake as yours and in this case it has no baring. You spend too much time trying to figure out what others are or are not doing or what is or is not happening to them but not for you. Now that you have submitted your application with your evidence there is nothing you can do but wait for their decision. They will decided what is too much and what isn't enough. Control what you can control and let the governmental agencies do what they have to do.

Everyone is different, everyone has a different background, everyone has a different culture, every comes from a different part of the world and everyone has a different past. This all has to be checked out. Some move faster then others because of this.

The average waiting time for approval of the I-129F is five months. In some cases, the approval could arrive in as little as 3 months. In others, it could take longer. You can check the current I-129F petition processing times to see if there are any backlogs at the USCIS service center processing your petition.

We need a little housekeeping on your end. Many of our answers are predicated on the information you supply in your profile. When we look at the left column and can't determine your timeline OR your Embassy it's hard for us to give you a factual answer. Our answers will sometimes be tailored to a specific Embassy hence the reason for you to complete your profile. If you look at the profile of others here, they have a flag for their country, so it makes it easy for us to reply as we can quickly determine their Embassy. The country that should be used is the country where the interview will take place.

So, if you could help yourself out and complete your profile that sure would help us out when we want to reply to your question with factual information.

Go to the top right of this page select your name (it's on the upper right-hand corner)>my profile>[below your picture on the right column] edit my profile. Scroll to the bottom and fill in "Immigration Info". There now we can better serve you.

Once you finish that then return and you will see a flag in your profile. Select it and see what wonderful information will open up for you.

Thanks

as Greenbaum said, it would be helpful if you would either update your timeline or at least mention the dates in your OP
