Swedish Vaccination Records In English? Is there any "Vaccination Certificate" In Sweden. Is it possible?

Hello everyone I'm trying to gather all vaccination records for my kids so when we go to the USA they can register in USA schools and you have to have vaccination records and a vaccination CERTIFICATE signed by doctors that's "official documentation" for this to happen. I asked my kids "midwife" I cant spell her occupation but all she gave me was this print out of vaccines nothing official like. So my questions:

 

1. Can you get any type of Vaccination Certificate in Sweden?

 

2. Can you get vaccination records in English? 

 

3. Is there any type of "Offical Vaccination documents" I can access to bring to USA that a American school will accept as "certfied" ? 

 

And if any of this so can someone help me know where to access these please.

 

I hope someone could help me I've googled and googled and I cant seem to find any info.
