A child's birth certificate shouldn't be the only evidence submitted with I-751, and I suspect that if you did that, or submitted very little other evidence, that you'd be more likely to get an RFE.  If you have a child together, there should be lots of other proof that you've comingled your lives together - leases, mortgages, insurance documents, bank statements, bills, etc.  It's a pain to assemble all the evidence but I'd rather spend the time now and feel secure in the amount of evidence submitted than risk an RFE or denial later.

Only submitting a birth certificate isn’t enough evidence for the i751 and would probably lead to a denial or RFE. You should have plenty of other things to submit during your two years married.

what if someone hasn't submitted lot of other documents with that!

Seriously??? In itself, a birth certificate means only that a woman had a child.......period.   It means nothing else.  However, combined with other evidence normally generated during a marriage, it can help.......There are other things which can provide quality evidence of a bona fide marriage.

If I asked you to prove you and your spouse are currently in a marriage, living together, HOW WOULD YOU PROVE IT?  Think about that and start looking for evidence.....

This evidence seems weak to me, especially the one month of joint bank statements, and letter from the credit card company with no statements showing that you both use the same credit card account for purchases.  They want to see evidence of financial co-mingling since the marriage, not just the last month.  Don't you have any joint utility bills, joint cell phone bills, joint health insurance, beneficiary statements for life insurance and retirement accounts, or a will, living will, power of attorney?  IRS tax transcripts showing married filing jointly?  Your wife's family could write up a lease agreement even if the rent is 0.  You will likely get an RFE, so start getting more evidence now so that you are ready to respond if you get one.  Good luck!
