passport type photos with 325a bio

hello everybody hope you can help, well after waiting for my fiances 325a bio so i can send in my 129f i was very happy when i got home and saw it in the mail .the proplem i have is the passport like pics are smaller than the 2x2 that they say they want submitted. do you think i should tell her to get new ones that are 2x2 or if they a little smaller will it even matter .i hope im explaining this ok i just dont want to get an rfe for a photo thats a little to small thanks to all

Nov 28, 2007 nvc received noa2 from uscis california

Nov 29, 2007 nvc sends case to manila case #mnl2007832xxx

feb 2 2008 flying to manila

feb 8 2008 interview.

feb 8 2008 approved

feb 17 we both arrive in san francisco yey!

mar 8 wedding

may 31 file for aos and ead

june28 biometrics appoinment

sept 15 recieved appt letter aos interview on oct..30

oct 30 passed interview for aos waiting for greencard in the mail !!!

nov 12 Greencard in hand woo hoo

august 3 2010 file for removal of conditional greencard

august 10 Noa1

Sep 9 Biometrics

Dec 1 approved

Dec 8 10 Year Greencard recieved

My husband sent just the same in my I-130 package (the Phil passport size ID). So far, no problem. We have no RFE or whatsover. BUt anyway, your fiancee can always send you (via email) the digital copy of her ID and have it printed in a photo developing shop at 2x2. No sweat.

i sent my passport photo when i sent it to my fiance for our k1 process. he was a bit worried too but the one who arranged our file said its ok. so i didnt send a new one. it was ok back then (last yr) lol

4/15/2010- sent my N-400 via fedex overnight

4/16/2010- signed and delivered

4/29/2010- check cleared
