So I typed up my petition and made a few mistakes. I went back and retyped the petition but forgot to sign the new copy. I just received it back. Can I just sign it and resubmit it or must I do a new one with the current date?

I signed it today, 2/21 but the date under the signature says 2/3. I want to obviously get it back in the mail ASAP so if appreciate your answer.

Thank you!!!

Yes you can submit it  by signing the document if that is the only issue in the rejection package

Great! Thanks!  That was the only issue.
