Doing Two K1 VISA

Hi,

 

I just saw a youtube video that scared me.

 

in 2017 I was with my ex-girlfriend (American) and we did a K1 visa : everything got accepted but before doing the final interview in my country, we broke up for some reasons, it never went further.

 

1 year later in 2018 I met my current fiancée and we started the k1 visa in 2020 (so 3 years later from the first one)

 

I didn’t cancel the first application, I mean I don’t even know if that’s possible.

 

am I going to be in trouble for having a first application that has never been finished?

No.  If you submitted a ds160 to the consulate,  it expired after one year
