2020Russia is suspected of having undertaken a wide range of subversive activities against the United States and its partners and allies since 2014—examples include military support for the separatist republics in eastern Ukraine, an attempted coup in Montenegro, and inf luence campaigns in the 2016 U.S. and 2017 French elections. Responding to Russian subversion is difficult, in part because the threat is, by its very nature, not clearly known. In this Perspective, we review past RAND Corporation and other relevant work and synthesize overall insights about why and how Russia undertakes subversion. This review and synthe-sis offer insights about the likely threat of Russian subversion to the United States and its partners and allies.Russia likely finds subversion—which we define as efforts intended to inf luence the domestic politics of other countries—attractive because it could help achieve multiple Russian foreign policy interests at relatively low cost. The threat of Russian subversion to different countries varies based on the intensity of Russia’s interests and the resources available to undertake subversion.

Don't get me wrong, I like the populism encompassing Bernie's movement, but on Bernie himself, in case anyone was wondering if he'd grow a spine and stand up to the idiocy of "Russia! Russia! Russia!", the answer is no. 

 

Instead, he caves and tries to deflect the conspiracy to Trump. 

 

On the bright side, if he has the primaries rigged against him again, at least he'll get another socialist house, socialist yacht, or some other socialist riches. Clearly he's not too old to bend the socialist knee to the very oligarchs and tyrants he's spent his time virtue signaling against.

Fact?  Please provide evidence that the Russian government changed any votes.  Beyond that, it was simply propaganda which you can get from any news organization.

And yet no one cares about nonUSCs (foreigners) voting in elections.  Again, propaganda comes from many sources, foreign governments, news organizations, campaigns, PACs.  Heck, even sometimes a campaign will ask foreign sources for help such as the Hillary campaign in 2016.  People have to take responsibility for where they get their information, and filter out the propaganda.

This is conflating the arguments. You don't view a domestic discussion as valid, so you label it "propaganda". Russian engaged in several activities including propaganda, but that was not the sum of their activities.
