I'm trying to make an expedite request on my wife's I-130 application. We currently live in South Korea. Last week, I called the USCIS international phone number (212-620-3418).  The person I talked to said he would transfer me to a tier two officer. I got put on hold with a message saying the wait time was 360 minutes and to type in my phone number. I typed in my phone number, but I got a message saying it was invalid. I'm guessing this is because my korean phone number has too many digits. I decided to try again today, and this time the person I talked to said that the expedite request was already made. I'm not sure if that means that my request is being processed or if it just shows on my file that I previously called to make an expedite request. When I asked her, she said had to transfer me to a tier two officer. I told her about what happened before and asked for the information to be sent to me by email instead.

Would an expedite request show up on my online account? I don't see anything different there.

Is there another way to request an expedite other than by phone? Has anyone had success calling USCIS internationally? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I wish I could! I can't even do that, because the system just hangs up on me if I don't type in a 'valid' phone number. It's mind boggling that the immigration hotline can't accept international phone numbers.
