Any experience on similar case please lemme know. In summary here is the situation,

1) Me went to US on student visa, got employment green card later and acquired USC. Lived in US for 15 years and have moved out of US in 2006/2007 and have been living in Bangalore India with frequent travels to US for professional reasons.
2) Spouse - India citizen, lived in US for a year on H1B Visa. Lives in Bangalore.
3) First Daughter born in Bangalore India in September 2005. My citizenship was in process but was not fully complete - US citizen ship in July 19 2006(as per certificate of naturalisation) and I-797C dated April 26 2005. I had my first oath scheduled for 14 September 2005 but rescheduled since my daughter was going to be born and I was in India.

I didn't know that I had the option of N-600k and I-130 CR2 for my daughter - Minor, 15 years old. I have applied I-131 CR2 through DCF- New Delhi in January 2019. Interview is scheduled for March in Mumbai US consulate. For our situation N-600k would have worked best. Daughter doesn't intend to move to US immediately but will probably move for college.

Questions : 1) Assuming I-130 gets approved and we travel to US does my daughter get GC immediately OR is there a way to apply for USC immediately ? 2) Post GC can I apply USC immediately and what is the process ? 3) How long does the USC take for minor child with father being USC ? 4) Is there a way I can prove that since I had to postpone my oath due to pending birth of my daughter and get the USC expedited ?

So you are now moving back to the US?
