Came across this from a few months back. It seems that the left wingers want more toilet seats with urine splattered all over them.

“We will continue to have gender-specific (male and female) multi-stall restrooms that are readily available to any employee that prefers to use one,” the city’s chief administrative officer, Tom Rinehart, reportedly wrote in an email to employees in February.

“But, there will be no urinals in any restroom in the building. This will give us the flexibility we need for any future changes in signage.”

From another site:

I’m confused.

I can’t quite make out what’s happening.

First, we were told calling out someone’s gender is wrong — waitress, waiter, etc. Then we were told gender doesn’t exist — it’s a social construct. Then we were told gender is inherent, therefore people can legally change theirs with medical confirmation. Then we were told that gender isn’t really gender at all — despite the antiquated notion of female and male — and despite the fact that the very notion of gender comes from the existence of binary biological sex — there are actually limitless genders (here).

And though gender was initially described as a social construct and eventually fluid — therefore, meaningless — then we were told it’s punishingly important. Literally punishingly — California passed  a law doling out fines and/or jail time to senior care workers who “misgender” their patients. In New York, you can be fined up to $250,000 in the misgendering department.

I don't know about the gender bending, but on a tangent, the women in my neighborhood have a club with the goal of saving up urine to convert to Potash, which turns out to be a valuable fertilizer.

I didn't want to derail the thread but , Oregonians + Urinal, thought it might fit.

I heard it has to do with a certain beta male mob (starting+ending with an "A") that took over Portland having preference for sitting down to pee.

I don't know, I have been using unisex bathrooms in California for some time now and they're not urine soaked.

Well, back in Boston, I had an irate woman yell, and I mean yell, at me for being in the bathroom....it was a co-ed club bathroom. I felt bad at the time but I was well within my right.

It’s time we use the traditional ones. No worries about urine soaked or urine dried seats. Just step on it.
I am not touching a toilet seat in a public restroom if no urinal. I just do it the way it is there.

Well of course not.  Urine does not soak into a toilet seat, it just puddles on top until it dries.

You should know that women are just as guilty as men of this offense. Disgusting people will be disgusting, whatever their gender or sex.

Yep. There are some times I've gone into a bathroom and just have had to walk right back out.

Why remove the urinals? Just put them in all restrooms and allow them to be used for anything ......

Now I want to know the back story. :)

Nothing weird, running a business and inevitably had to cover gaps and that seemed to be one of them. If everybody was busy and something needing doing I did it.
