Does anyone know of what to provide with the affidavit of support I-864w form ?  Do I need to provide tax transcript, employment letter.  proof of citizenship?

The form itself (available at USCIS.gov) has a list of supporting evidence to submit with it.

It is not a commonly filed form I guess.  Why are you seeking an exemption for the affidavit of support?

Thanks again for replying. I am not seeking an exemption for the affidavit of support. As the matter of fact I was  going to submit  form I-864 when I came across a post that said said she receieved an  RFE  for submitting I-864 instead of I-864W.  I am a USC petitionning for my child , that is the reason why I am using I-864W.

You must use Form I-864W instead of Form I-864 or Form I-864EZ with your application for an immigrant visa  if

2. The intending immigrant is a child who will become a U.S. citizen upon entry under INA section 320. Under INA section 320,

hi, form i864w does not seem to be available anywhere anymore. we need it for our kid that will become a U.S. citizen upon entry under INA section 320. Under INA section 320, but we always get redirected to a USCIS site that states the following:

I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status

For more information on updates to Form I-485, see this video.

NOTE: Form I-485 is now used to collect information previously collected on Form I-864W, Request for Exemption for Intending Immigrant’s Affidavit of Support. Adjustment applicants no longer need to file Form I-864W.

Yes, as of Feb 24th 2020 the 864W no longer exists. As posted the information you would have entered on the 864W is now part of the updated 485 form. So make sure you are using the updated 485. If it makes you feel better you can send a cover letter with your packet stating you did not include the 864W since its now part of the 485 form but its shouldnt be necessary to do such.
