Ok so my AOS interview is coming up, me and my wife do not have a shared bank account, I am not on the lease (they won’t allow it until I have green card) all the bills are in her name seeing as I’m not allowed to work. So what the hell am I supposed to do for evidence ?

Have you financially commingled your lives at all?

Why no joint bank account?  Why no shared bills, such as cell phone plan?  There is no reason why you cannot be listed on such accounts even if you do not work. I added my husband to some utilities, Costco card, and as an authorized user for a credit card account the same week he immigrated. Did she add you to her workplace health insurance, or name you as beneficiary to investments or retirement accounts?

What about renter's insurance?  Did you marry in 2019?  If so, will you file a joint tax return?

They definitely will want to see evidence of commingling, so you will need to arrange for as many of these things as possible.

My husband and I opened a joint account, added his name to utility accounts, and I added him to my health insurance - all months before he had his green card. You don't have to have it, or be working, to do any of these.

I will get on the case then, I literally have no I.d right now though as I lose my U.K. passport so just applied for a new one. My interview is beginning of may so hopefully have enough time to do all this.

Hopefully you expedited the replacement passport, if that was an option.  When it arrives, perhaps you can get a driving license.
