Do I need to make an appointment? At the designated courier location.... there’s no phone number and support is poor on www site.

 

Or can I rock up and simply collect it now I know it’s ready? (I had an email from Embassy)

Hey, did you get an email its delivered? When my tourist visa was ready I got an email saying the below so I just showed up ( no appointment) to the designated courier location and picked it up:

 

Hello  xxxx,

Passport documents associated with tracking number xxxx were delivered at 2018-05-23 00:00:00 UTC.
