Can a company Do this ?

Can you help this is most wierd. My fiancee used to take dance lessons in ballroom and latin, in the DFW. due to a big operation on her foot she is unable to continue dancing and has had to present a doctors letter to the company to get a refund well she had to send three because thay were not good enough. The company has now offered her a refund paid over 24months !!! after a verbal agreement of sorting it by the end of June. Can they do this ? unfortuatly she carn't use a lawyer. Only go threw abbertration. Sorry about the spelling.

What a bunch of azzhats. Why don't you attend instead...You could have fun with this, to the point that they cut a check immediately.
