Not true.

I received an RFIE for I765 and I131 and even though I submitted my BCs for all three, I was required to submit it again.

The RFIE specifically asked for BC for i765 and i131?

I just double checked the I-131 instructions form and the only mention of birth certificate is in "part d. Advance Parole document for  Individuals Outside the United States" under section (2) ...(f) (ii) ) "Copies of the petitioner’s and Form I-134 sponsor’s official identity documents and evidence of their citizenship or U.S. immigration status (such as a copy of a U.S. passport, lawful permanent resident card, or birth certificate)"

The more the better though so doesn't hurt to assume it's required for all 3 to avoid any issues but in your case you're saying you got an RFIE for missing BC's even though you sent 3 in....? Another example showcasing how unpredictable the USCIS can be and that there really is no rhyme or reason in what they sometimes do.....

You mean a field office?  I didn't even know you could do this?  can they actually pull up your case and see what was sent so as to give you a specific answer?

I have never done this myself, however, if I'm not mistaken I have read around somewhere in the forums that the option to schedule an appointment at your local field office is possible in situations where applicants can discuss specific details of their case with an officer.

Maybe one of the more senior members can shed some light on this?
