Hi there,

I'm just curious what is going to happen to our submitted application because my Fiancé accidentally put a wrong street and number (name of the company and ZIP code are correct) for her employer address... What are the chances to get approved or get the RFE???

I am looking forward for your opinions!

It probably would not affect the outcome. But below is a letter format you can use to send to USCIS to correct the problem. Just substitute the information to fit your circumstance.

This letter has worked for others to correct errors or for missing documentation or errors that you would like to update, correct or add.

I-129F Supplement

Laguna Niguel, CA 92607-0111

Dear USCIS,

I, <PETITIONER NAME>, forgetfully omitted XXXXXXXXX in my i-129f petition for alien fiancé and have sent this supplement to provide the missing information. The contents included in this supplement are:

  • Beneficiary's passport style photo (Do not forget to write her/his full name on the back of it lightly in pencil)
  • Letter of intent to marry (beneficiary)
  • Letter of intent to marry (petitioner)

I wish to please request that the documents included in this supplement be added to my i-129f petition for alien fiancé.

Information about my petition:

Petitioner:

Petitioner's date of birth:

I am not sure that it will affect the case. I don’t see them checking on google maps. Sometimes you have offices that are not present on Maps but still exist in real life, that’s why I think they cannot be like « we didn’t find your company office on the map!! ». The main thing they can do is checking Linkedin, resume of your fiancé or calling the company. I think this section is to show that the beneficiary already worked in their life and won’t be a weight for the society.
