N400 assistance

So the USCIS military helpline appears to be less than helpful, I'm hoping someone from here can assist me with my question. I'm completing the N400/application for Naturalization, since we were stationed in Germany for 3 years and according to INA319 8.USC 1430 part e (excerpt below), this counts toward physical presence if you accompanied your military spouse on orders.  

We returned from Germany July 2019, so we've been back stateside for around 7 months now and I've been a LPR since late 2013.  

 

"(e)(1) In the case of a person lawfully admitted for permanent residence in the United States who is the spouse of a member of the Armed Forces of the United States, is authorized to accompany such member and reside abroad with the member pursuant to the member's official orders, and is so accompanying and residing with the member in marital union, such residence and physical presence abroad shall be treated, for purposes of subsection (a) and section 1427(a) of this title, as residence and physical presence in-

(A) the United States; and

(B) any State or district of the Department of Homeland Security in the United States."

 

How and where do I add our orders? in additional evidence? 

anything else unique I need to know?

I don't know the answer to your question I'm afraid, but if you're not a member of the Foreign Military Spouses facebook group, that's another really helpful resource with loads of people who have been through this process! Good luck!

I just realised I am a part of that group and posted my question there haha, thanks for the reminder!!
