2GO Tracker Down? What's MOA Branch Contact Number?

The 2GO tracker is down. Has anyone gotten it to work? Is there any other way to trace/know if the passport is indeed ready for pick up? 

 

We just received a text that it's ready for pick up but we've had an experience before where we got the same text but the passport was just en route to the branch and had to come back the next day (that was in Cebu branch though). 

 

Does anyone know the contact number for 2GO Mall of Asia, the new 8 digit one? We've tried adding 8, 3, or 7 to 9011404 but it's not working. Their customer service hotline is done for the day too.

aftership is hit and miss with 2GO ...  but that is your only other option

Our aftership is still pending delivery))))))
