lpr bringing 18 year old son to usa

hi all i got my green card april 2018 through my oldest son sponsoring me and husband we have a multi national business so i spend half of my time in london could i get my sons i130 through us embassy in london as prcessing times are much quicker,  we assumed our kids would be able to get their green cards same time as us but it looks like a 3 year wait which is mile to long for my son to wait on his own

Are you wondering if you’re eligible for DCF?  If so, no.

Where do your sons have residency?  They can only interview where they have residency.

 

You are not eligible  to file DCF in London because by virtue of your US Green Card you can not be a resident there.

 

You need to file before your son ages out.

You don't meet the above requirements (both by not being a USC and likely due to residence as well).

Logically that make sense...an LPR must maintain their permanent residence within the US. DCF means your residence is abroad.

Well you could have filed when you got here, best not to delay further he will end up over 21.
