I-130 online - secondary evidence

I'm getting ready to submit my online I-130, and I didn't realize that after "Evidence to Support Your Petition" There is another page entitled "Additional Evidence." We were able to upload things for EVERYTHING on the first Evidence page, but this comes up on the "additional" page: 

 

"If a required document is unavailable, you must provide a typed or printed explanation of the reasons that document is unavailable and submit secondary evidence to establish eligibility. Secondary evidence must overcome the unavailability of the required documents. USCIS may request an original typed or printed statement from the appropriate government or other legal authority to support your claim that the documents are unavailable.

The following types of secondary evidence may be submitted to establish eligibility:

• Religious record
• School records
• Census records
• Written statements"

 

But we have uploaded all documents required on the previous page. If I try to skip this page and go to a new page, it says 

 

"You should provide evidence. If you do not provide evidence, your petition processing may be delayed." - under the religious record upload section, school records, etc... 

 

What's going on?

1. Where do I upload the evidence (photo timelines/affidavits)? I have it on the "Evidence to Support Your Petition" page uploaded under "Additional Proof of Marriage" but I also see a spot to upload affidavits on the page when you click next entitled "Additional Evidence"

2. Do I need to upload additional evidence (the page that asks for religious records, school records, etc) if I have documents for all of the parts on the original evidence page? I would think not, by the wording of the top of the page, but when I try to click "next" without uploading anything, it gives me a little warning about a potential delay in petition. 

 

This is what the top of the page in question says: 

 

The Additional Proof of Marriage page after the main page where you upload your evidence did not apply to us so we did not upload anything there and  continued with the application. We uploaded everything in the section where it asks for bonafide evidence (i.e. the page where it asks for your marriage certificate, evidence of citizenship, photos of the petitioner and beneficiary).

So on the first evidence page, does it ask for "primary" evidence? Does it list such evidence as marriage certificate, birth certificate, etc?
