My fiance has passed her interview medical and has her visa in a sealed envelope with her passport says do not open she's trying to register for PDOS orientation and schedule

After filling out the entire form the website says something went wrong she has done this more than 10 times now anybody have any what's with this??? She tried to call the CFO but they don't answer in Manila. After several flights to Manila and a pile of paperwork we are down to one more thing and we can't get it done because of a computer form.

Try a different computer or clear out the cache then try it again. If it comes down to it then you can fill it out as well.

Which visa does she have?  A k1 requires GCP not PDOS

#1  PDOS is the wrong seminar for a K-1 (fiance)  visa.   GCP is the correct seminar for K-1 and CR/IR-1 visas

She can open the plastic to take the passport out.  The DO NOT OPEN refers to the envelope full of papers.
