If you had already left Macau before the police certificate was issued and haven't been back since I think the document you have should be fine. But it sounds like you were still in the country at the time of filing so it might be risky.

According to the US reciprocity website for Macau you can order a police certificate via mail, why not get a new one that way to be on the safe side?

If you have left Macau after receiving the PC and never went back, it will be accepted.

Have you been back to Macau since?  If not, then your police clearance should be fine (final decision will be up to the CO during the interview of course, but I do know of others that had no issue).

Here is a link to the Philippines forum:  https://www.visajourney.com/forums/forum/129-philippines/

Once you have your NOA2 your case file will head to NVC where the MNL# will be assigned.   You will want to email NVC (eventually) requesting your case file #, here is a link with info for obtaining the email from NVC, or you can simply wait for the letter to arrive in the mail.
