Definitely correct rationale hermana Diana.

It pays to make sure you are getting the correct correspondence to avoid expensive delays.

Wishing you ten-fold that which you wish upon all others.

Howdy all! I received an email today and verified on the USCIS website that Alexandra's AOS case was transferred to California on June 26th. Her biometrics appointment is today. Any idea the odds that the case will stay in California versus being transferred out again to local service center?

Well in our case... CSC got the paperwork and then we got the AOS approved w/o an interview locally.

Thanks Hal....obviously I will do what I need to, not much choice :P I am only curious because I see some go to CSC and then to only get sent local after the fact.

I must disclaim that we got sent to CSC and then had to wait a few months. I think there is a 6 month 'limit' so I called on the eve of that time lapse and spoke like a sweetheart to the lady that I got there. The next day we were approved. Go figure.

We did notice a slowdown on paperwork (mostly the checks we'd send them) right after tossing those $1010 at them. Soon enough you'll have the privilege of spending another bundle of cash for removal of conditions- don't you worry about that yet. LOL

Wishing you ten-fold that which you wish upon all others.
