Colombia Club...If any of you live in an area with MetroPCS...check out this thread. I've had Metro here in Atlanta for 7 years and I love the...unlimited calling!!! Now they are expanding it to 100 countries for $5 a month. My friend called me yesterday to tell me and I called and had it added on. The calls are for LAND LINES ONLY. but its a great deal anyhow.

I am not familiar with MetroPCS, but we use Sype's flat rate plan of $5.95 per month to call Colombia land lines. My monthly phone bill for calls to Colombia (including occasional calls to cell phones) went from $100 to less than $10. :)

We are moving soon. I looked and found the I-865 form.....Notice of sponser change of address that asked info on me (sponser) and then asked for the info on my wife and her son. There is another form that is for the perment resident (wife and son), I-11 or sometning like that. Does any one know if we need to submit both or will the I-865 do? Thank you.

Another question. Since my wife came before her son (now 14), she will be elgible for the Lifting of Conditions before him by about 6 months. Can we apply for the lifting of conditions for him at the same time as Paola, or do we need to wait until 90 days before his card expires to file? I have looked for the answer to both these questions and dang if I can find it. GRRRRRRRRRRR!!!

Nope the son had to apply after her just like my 2 step kids yep it blows and yes you need to file the AR-11 for each of them here is the link address changes plus your I-865 however just fyi we filed the AR-11 and the reminder to lift conditions still went to the old address 7 months later

Indeed... USCIS likely won't input the AR-11 information very efficiently. Make sure you do the change of address with your post office to ensure any mail gets rerouted, just in case.

That's strange, I got NOAs for both, my husband's AR-11 and my I-865. I'm making copies of them when we file to Remove Conditions next week but we still printed a copy of the AR-11 and mailed the I-865 according to their instructions so we could have evidence that we filed to change our address.

Everybody, this may all sound time consuming but it serves two purposes. One, the USCIS needs to know where the permanent resident is at all times just in case. And two, once they approve whatever it is you're waiting for, be it an approval for AOS or to Remove Conditions, they will send the green card to the address they have on file. If you don't receive the card in the mail because you moved and you don't have proof that you changed the address with them, you will have to file to get a replacement card and pay another $370.
