I am a US citizen living in Canada with my husband and two daughters. I am petitioning for them. I submitted all required paperwork to the NVC, they came back with this (see below). How do I prove this when I've been living in Canada for 20+ years?

Kelsey might not have a principal residence or be domiciled in the United States. Please submit proof of domicile.

Honestly, you will possibly have to relocate to the US ahead of them, establish domicile, then submit evidence......Montreal is very strict in requiring domicile in the US.
