k1, noa2, what are these validity dates?

As I am trying to gather financial support documents, I may have to schedule our interview date later than april 22nd. 
How does the April 22nd date affect me in this case?
we had medical exam done on February 13th. I know medical exam has 6 months validity.  Thank you.

Those dates are the time frame that the petition is valid from USCIS.   With that said, the embassy can extend the validity of the petition for up to ONE year.  Some embassies does this automatically, some require you to contact them .. I don't know the policy for your embassy.
