Came home from work to find an email from USCIS telling me that my and my daughter's new cards "have been ordered". :dance::dance::dance:

My NOA receipt date was Jan. 15, 2006.

Ten years without dealing with USCIS now....TEN WHOLE YEARS!!! :thumbs:

Well...not really haha...I plan on applying for citizenship next year when I'm eligible.

But it's still a great feeling and I had to let all of you from the VSC know that there IS life there! :yes:

Thank you! Oh, by the way...I was all excited when I posted my original post haha...the NOA date should be Jan. 15, 2007, of course. :blush:

Jan 23 - Received at VSC (according to USPS).

Jan 25 - Two Checks ($205 & $70) cashed by USCIS.

Jan 29 - Received a Blue Receipt for Biometrics ($70)

Feb 12- NOA received

11th Aug 2008 - Mailed I-751 to CSC.

12th Aug 2008 - Application received

14th Aug 2008 - Cheque cashed

18th Aug 2008 - Received NOA-dated the 12th

26th Aug 2008 - Received Biometrics letter

4th Sept 2008 - Biometrics-Detroit-Complete-'Touched'

5th Sept 2008 - 'Touched'

1st Dec 2008 - APPROVED-Card production ordered -112 days

8th Dec 2008 - USCIS mailed approval notice.

8th Dec 2008 - Received my 10 year Greencard in the mail. took 2 days.

Although I have the above date for approval my card actualy states the

2nd December..
