US Citizen's criminal history at AOS marriage green card interview?

Hello friends,

US citizen has domestic violence arrrest, no charges filed, case dismissed (disclosed in fiance visa petition). No records available in criminal case because case sealed. Fiance visa was approved without issue and beneficiary aware of arrest.  Just got married and will be applying for adjustment of status. Question: will US citizen be questioned about the domestic violence arrest at beneficiary's marriage green card interview?

I think it’s more likely that the beneficiary will be asked about to, to ensure they are aware of the detail.

Thanks for your reply. They didn't even ask about it at the fiance visa interview though.  If they were going to ask about it, wouldn't they have asked about it then?

Maybe, it’s up to the CO what questions they ask. I wouldn’t put it past them to ask about it at this interview..

My USC spouse was asked about his prior record at our AOS interview.

Not really, provided you fully disclosed it to USCIS and your fiancé is fully aware of it..
