Kevin Federline is set to be a dad again, reports say.

Kevin, who was rumoured to be reuniting with estranged wife Britney Spears, has no idea his on again-off again lover Shar Jackson is expecting their third child.

A source told America's Star magazine, "Shar wants to tell Kevin, but she keeps getting cold feet! She's really scared of what he'll say - if he'll be excited or furious.

"What if he doesn't want another kid?'

"After all with her two children , and Britney's two, he's got his hands full already! It would be Shar's dream for them to get married and have another baby. She'd love to be living the family life with Kevin."

Shar - who has a four-year-old daughter, Kori, and two-year-old son Kaleb with Kevin - is said to be seven weeks pregnant.

She is reportedly convinced the baby is his because she hasn't been with anyone else.

Kevin also has two sons with Britney, 21-month-old Sean Preston and nine-month-old Jayden James.

Britney is allegedly desperate to patch things up with Kevin and used her recent New Mexico break to mull over their relationship.

A source said, "When she was on vacation she was in the best mood she's been in for ages. She confessed it was because she and Kevin are slowly moving towards getting back together."

Britney, 26, and Kevin, 28, are said to be having secret meetings and long heart-to-heart telephone conversations.

Shar Jackson: I'm Not Pregnant With K-Fed's Baby

Cindy Adams of the New York Post originally reported that Shar Jackson was pregnant again with Kevin Federline’s baby.

According to reports from Adams and Star Magazine, Jackson was reportedly seven weeks along, but Federline doesn’t know.

Now Jackson's rep tells Us Magazine "It is not even remotely true."

Federline's rep also tells Us the rumors are "not true."

Federline, 29, already has two children with Jackson, Kori, 4, and Kaleb, 2 and two children with Spears, Sean Preston 21 months, and Jayden James, 9 months.

Jackson, 30, has two children from previous relationships, Cassie, 12, and Donnie, 16.

LIFE STYLE EXTRA (UK) - Shar Jackson has denied she is pregnant with Kevin Federline's baby.

The 30-year-old - who has a four-year-old daughter, Kori, and two-year-old son Kaleb with Britney Spear's ex-husband - has laughed off rumours she is six-weeks pregnant.

Shar told Us Weekly magazine: "I'm not pregnant. Have you seen my new stomach? I am not going to ruin that. That is so stupid.

"Not only is it stupid but it's unhealthy. I could die. There is no way in hell I would waste $16,000 on a tummy tuck and get pregnant. I have no time and no plans to get pregnant any time soon. And when I say I have no time, I'm talking years.

"I am single and I am loving that. But Kevin is one of my best friends and that isn't going to change no matter what anyone says or does."

The single mother-of-two also revealed she has befriended Britney's mother Lynne, who she met through Kevin.

She said: "Lynne and I have become friends She's a really nice lady. It was easy for us to get along once we met.

"She and Britney need to work it out. They are mother and daughter. They need to talk already."

Rumors Shar was expecting Kevin's baby surfaced in this week's edition of America's Star! magazine.

Shar is slow... she probably just found out what $$$ Kevin is getting from Britney according to the prenup, and decided to hit up for another kid to get some more bling bling in child support. Will be hilarious when K & B get back together & she gets screwed yet again.
