I am in the process of filling out an I-130 to petition for my spouse, but I have a bit of an issue and not sure where to find the information. I had a previous marriage where I did file a K1 visa back in 1999, but I don't have any of the information besides her name, marriage and divorce dates back in 2005. Is there a way I can get this information from the USCIS? I tried searching and could not find the answer, I just don't want to get stuck with an RFE because I don't have the exact dates or A# for my ex wife. There is a small chance it's on my old computer, which I am currently trying to recover it hasn't been used in quite awhile. ;)

Just do the best you can.  You can approximate when you filed.  Where, would be the address you mailed the petition.  If you say when and where you live, we can tell you the city which is all you need for the address.

Sometimes you have to back into information from other information. You know when you met, after which visit you filed etc.  That will get you close enough.  This information is in your passport.

Thank you for your reply, I do have my old passports lucky for me. I can get it close to what month it was just not the day and the A#.

I was in Virginia at the time so my filing was at the Vermont service center.
