G-325a questions!

I am the foreign beneficiary...when filling out the G-325a, one question asks applicants emp[loyment last 5 years. I am still a student and have been since 2004. do i just put none, or shall i state that i was a student?

ya just put none...then n/a for the dates.

'none' would be a fine answer I would state that I was a student - it's a more meaninful answer, give a more complete picture of the situation.

also, do both of us need to fill out and supply 4 copies of the G325A? or does just the US Citizen need to fill out 4 copies, or does just the foreign beneficiary need 4 copies?

Keep at least 2 copies of EVERYTHING you submit!

For K-1 I-129F filing Both petitioner and benificiary provide a G-325A, with the online form just fill page 1, and when you print out all 4 pages the other 3 pages will fill in for you.
