Hi,

Has anybody sent recently physically signed AOS forms along with copies of supporting financial documents and applicants' civil documents to following address

National Visa Center
ATTN: CMR AOS
31 Rochester Avenue, Suite 100
Portsmouth, NH 03801-2914

If yes, did National Visa Center process the AOS and other supporting documents received by them through USPS and forward the case to the USA  consulate in the country where interview needs to be scheduled. I mean it as if they would have processed before the new upload system came in force.

I am asking this as my case starts with BMB and when I log in, it still takes me to the old system (which existed at the time of paying AOS fees and Application fees) without upload options.

I had received from NVC in email at the time of paying AOS and IV fees two documents to be put on top of the set, one

Document Cover Sheet naming all documents required and to be indicated with X as Enclosed, Unavailable or Not Applicable and another

Barcoded Document Coversheet in BOLD with above-mentioned address and Principal Applicant's Name and Case number mentioned at bottom to be put at the very top of the full set sent.

The old online system did allow me to fill all IV application forms for my family (some forms which I had started filling long back and which were shown as incomplete and also one new form which was showing as not started as indicated Start Now also) in the past week (in February 2020) and accepted them and shows status as completed for all forms now.

I have sent signed AOS with copies of supporting financial documents and applicants civil documents along with Document Cover Sheet with X as required and the coversheet with NVC Attn CMR AOS address in bold at the very top of set by USPS Certified Priority Mail with Return Receipt Request which should reach NVC  in few days early next week.

Any help of similar situation involving sending documents by USPS to NVC after online system to upload documents came in force but not available to some cases will be highly appreciated.

Thanks

It is best to contact NVC.
