Beneficiary’s entry information

I am confused over the section about beneficiary’s entry information in I-130. It asks if i ever was in the usa and i said yes because i was there before. Do i need to fill 46a-46d? It says to fill it if i am currently in the usa, which i am not, but i do have all the information that they ask for. What should i do?

The key word is CURRENTLY.........If you are not inside the US right now, then those questions do not apply to you.

It says "if the beneficiary is currently"  If they are not then do not complete those boxes.  Answer each question literally.
