TSC recieved my I-751 in feb 05..i recieved notice some days later.. however I have not recieved a biometrics appointment.. went to infopass a month later and they said it hasn't been mailed hence why you haven't got it .. so question is, this seems to be not normal??....

heard of any other stories like this??...

Hey,

Don't worry.

I got my blue receipt and been waiting for the NOA for over 44 days now.I didnt get any NOA or Biometrics yet.

I just hope it's on the way.:)

I have also scheduled an infopass appointment.I am hoping they give me the i-551 stamp on my passport as I need it for keeping my job.Either that or I receive my NOA1 atleast.

Never got Biometrics notice for AOS. Called them and they said to do Biometrics right after the interview.

Did so and got the Bio appointment letter 2 weeks later. Snafu!

K1 denied, K3/K4, CR-1/CR-2, AOS, ROC, Adoption, US citizenship and dual citizenship

!! ALL PAU!

The biometrics appointment is scheduled by your district office, not TSC. I guess they haven't gotten to schedule you yet?

The biometrics appointment is scheduled by your district office, not TSC. I guess they haven't gotten to schedule you yet?

No so, at least not across the board. In my experience, I got a letter from the regional center, asking me to call a 1-800 number to schedule my own biometrics appointment with the local application support center (which is completely different from the district office).

yep.... still no biometrics appointment.. 4 months + since filling i-751 to remove conditions

Your case is not normal. And you need to be a little more proactive than you are (if you haven't already). Don't just assume the USCIS will fix things for you without you doing anything. Call the USCIS customer service number. They may not be much help but they might suggest something that will lead you to the next course of action. If it's been a month since you saw an officer, then schedule another infopass.

IN ORDER TO GET AHOLD OF SOMEONE WHEN YOU CALL THE CUSTOMER SERVICE LINE, DIAL THE OPTION THAT SAYS "IF YOU ARE CALLING IN REGARDS TO A MISTAKE IN THE FORM YOU RECEIVED OR YOUR NAME WAS MISSPELLED" IF YOU HIT THAT OPTION YOU'LL GET TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE...I DID IT LAST WEEK...THEY'LL START MAKING QUESTIONS, AND THEN YOU HAVE TO TELL THEM YOUR RECEIPT NUMBER AND THAT'S IT!!! GOOD LUCK!!!
