Student loans refund

Hi all

So I'm trying to figure out when I go to get the bank statement for the i-134, how do I cover the student loans refund. Since it says to show the "Last year amount deposited", will it say on that statement that it is refunded from the loans.

Hope my question is clear :)

A bank statement is not required unless you're using cash deposits as proof of assets. If your income is enough to overcome the poverty limits, then you can forego the confusing bank statement. But if you want to show the bank statement for some reason, for anomalies like a big deposit, you probably want to point out that this is not ordinary for you.

I learned the hard way, I hope YOU don't have to. Advice: learn, learn, learn.

I used the bank statements from the past year. I started with the first month and scanned the first page as this is the page that my bank lists the monthly starting balance and the ending balance. Then I copied the next, so on and so forth until I had compiled the 12 months. Most embassy's are satisfied with the following.

EVIDENCE OF SUPPORT: You must submit any evidence which will show that you and members of your family who will accompany you are not likely to become public charges while in the United States. Visa petitioner (US Citizen) will have to complete form I-134. If the petitioner does not qualify as a sponsor, a Joint-Sponsor should ALSO be presented (any US Citizen living in the US or Legal Permanent Resident), who will also have to complete form I-134. Both, the Sponsor (Petitioner) as well as the Joint-Sponsor, will have to present last year's income tax return transcripts. W2 form and proof of current and sustainable income (e.g letter of employment on letterhead including salary and start date, most recent salary receipts, bank accounts, the value of properties, etc.). You may download the I-134 affidavit at https://www.uscis.gov/i-134 Get the IRS transcript in place of the actual 1040 here: https://www.irs.gov/Individuals/Get-Transcript Use this link to determine the income levels needed https://www.uscis.gov/i-864p.
