I received my NOA2 on Feb 12. Still waiting for the hard copy, which I understand Amelia will have to have for the interview. What happens next? How long till NVC has a case number and how do I track my case? I am planning on going to the Philippines as soon as I get my hard copy NOA2 and staying till after the interview and her visa is issued and then fly home with her.

My petition was approved 01/06/2020 and received by the NVC 01/31/20 and as of 02/24/2020 they are creating case#s for petitions received 01/30/2020. So if I could say you still have one month a half to get the welcome letter.
