What documents to bring to get the cfo sticker?

My husband already attended the CFO’s mandatory GCP seminar and he got the certificate last November of 2019. My question is, what are the requirements of him getting the cfo sticker? Does he need to bring any specific documents and does he need an appointment to get the sticker? He tried calling but it didn’t go through.

You said husband, so you are an IR/CR-1 visa?  Did your husband get a package marked DO NOT OPEN?    If yes, then CFO asks for a copy of the Immigrant Data sheet along with the CFO certificate.

Many immigrant visas are now processed with digital documentation and thus no DO NOT OPEN envelope.  If that is the case then you only need to bring the CFO certificate and the passport w/visa.

And of course pesos ..

Thanks Hank! CFO Certificate and passport visa it is! No need to schedule right? Yes we are CR-1 visa, my husband didn't receive a visa packet. He only got his passport w/ visa and some other instruction papers.

   No appt needed, just stop in to any CFO location with the certificate and passport w/visa, and bringing the instructions sheet may come in handy for the ill informed at CFO.    (CFO is aware of the new digital documents and knows there is not an Immigrant Data Sheet)
