Hi all!

I received notice 3 weeks ago that my i130 was transferred from the Nebraska office to the Vermont office. I am a US citizen petitioning for my spouse. Going by the online times the Nebraska office has wait times of 12.5- 16 months while the Vermont one is actually longer of 14-18 months. This makes no sense to me? Why wouldn’t it be moved to Texas or Potomac where the wait times are much less at 7-9 months (going by the times posted on USCIS website)

They received the petition on Feb 14th 2019 so if it had stayed put in Nebraska we would almost be reaching the 12.5 mark. Has anyone experienced this? Thank you

It happen all the time. My spouse and children petitions has been transferred to VSC from TSC on Feb 23, 2020. Then one of my child petition has been transferred from VSC to CSC on Mar 31, 2020.

All transfers has been done without any notification sent to us. They are no more sending notifications to IOE applicants.
