I am sure .. I am not the only one.. And I know, that there are many more people out there who have it worse..

But, I am at witts ends. I dont know how to coupe anymore.. I am seriously DESPRESSED and very ALONE. I am slowly decomposing.

It has been over a YEAR since we have filed. 1 year and 8 days. We are under CR-1 DCF. WITH PAKISTAN. I have contacted Congressmen/FBI.. everything.. We have been in AP since March!

I feel that I am living at the IMMIGRATIONS BECKING CALL. When ever they say JUMP I SAY HOW HIGH SIR! AND, its getting to me .. I am tried of jumping..

I dont know what to do.. I am seriously melting at work thinking/writing about this. I have lost most of my "FRIENDS" due to my melting depression. :(

ANY ADVISE... Anything HELPS.

One Love!

Take everything easy, don't let immigration process dominate your thinking. Take a deep breath, talk to friends, spend time with families. Life is much more important than immigration process.

I-130 Timeline with USCIS:

It took 92 days for I-130 to get approved from the filing date

NVC Process of I-130:

It took 78 days to complete the NVC process

Interview Process at The U.S. Embassy

Interview took 223 days from the I-130 filing date. Immigrant Visa was issued right after the interview

Lilah,

I have to agree if you are very depressed see a doctor first of all! Secondly, going thru Islamabad and being a CR-1 your AR/AP is going on now and in most cases from the statistics I have been keeping are running 6 - 9 months from the time of interview. Common names, jobs, or other issues may come up and make the processing longer. Remember that you will not have to AOS and your SO will be able to work shortly after arriving in the USA so this wait will be all the sweeter in the long run. Even if you applied for a K1 or K3 you still would have to endure AR/AP so take this journey one day at a time and do not dwell on timelines. Keep communication with your SO light and try not to stress too much on this stage of your processing. Hang in there and HUGS (F)

Mary

Everything I respond to is from personal knowledge, research or experience and I am in no means a lawyer or do I claim to be one. Everyone should read, research and be responsible for your own journey.

This isn't the answer for everyone, but when I was feeling that way, my doctor put me on low dosage Zoloft. It helped me cope tremendously.

But without health insurance, that could be costly, I know.

I went a spell without health insurance. I visited an urgent care center $50 and got a free script by simply saying "hey I am between health insurance coverage, would you happen to have any samples".

UM JOHN. WHAT ARE YOU TRYING TO GET AT? Your comments are very RUDE
If your hand got cut off would you say "Oh well, I don't have insurance so I'll just have to live without a hand"?

Not really, if you are as depressed as you say you are then you NEED TO SEE A DOCTOR!
