K-1 RAE Question

I'm supper exited just to hear something from USCIS, even if they just sent an RAE. This shows that we are being looked at and soon as I give them what they ask for the NOA-2 should be approved..

Question: is there anyway to find out what they are requesting before the letter arrives in the mail? I tried checking in my inbox but all I get is the automated RAE saying I should receive something in the mail by Feb.28th...

There is a way but it is hit or miss. You call USCIS and ask for a tier 2 agent. When they come on the phone (wait for it - a little white lie has to be told or your out of luck) tell them you received notice that you have a pending RFE and that you are leaving the country and will not be home to receive and respond and you would like a copy faxed to this fax number XXX-XXX-XXXX. Most times the will abide. Your mileage may vary.

No, unfortnately.

We also received RFE, but you will know what it Is about only  when you receive the official USCIS letter by regular mail. We received it in about six days I think.

Good luck!

You can get a copy prior to the mailed copy and I explained how to do it in my answer to the OP. It has worked for many unless you have heard otherwise.

Hit the quote button once and then your respond outside the quote and just below. Makes for much cleaner post which others can follow without much of a problem.
