Hi everyone, I am filing the addidavit of support for my now husband who arrived on a K1 visa. I have been in my current . job for almost 6 months and meet the income requirements however my previous tax reports show that I do not, as I have not been in the job long and just graduated school. Will this affect his green card acceptance?

It’s not something to worry about. Annualise your current income and fill that in as annual income. Fill in your tax numbers where it asks explicitly about your tax numbers. Additionally add copies of your pay stubs from the last 6 months and by the time you have the interview you bring all the relevant stuff with you.
