Thank you for answer, but tell me, did visit your boyfriend after that? Or you waited the k1 in your country?

I did visit after being turned around, but it wasn't a risk for me as I lived on the border. All I would have been out if turned around would be time and a few bucks in gas.

Please understand everybody, the officers of CBP are, for the most part, great people. However, they are given only seconds or a minute to try and determine your intent.  You seem to have an immigrant visa in process...they may think you are tired of waiting....what was in your luggage? If it was filled with birth certificates and other such legal documents, they may have deducted you had no plan to return home....?

The B didn’t gone, She said is not a punishment, in the form they didn’t canceled my visa. She just said RIGHT NOW, I can’t enter.

Yeah, I guess with that statement, you can travel there, just don't make yourself out to be U-Haul.😀

At the first moment, she was so agressive, sooooo agressive. She said I had too much clothes, I tried to explain I have so much more in Brazil and I really have. She opened my wallet and saw I have health insurance, bank account and everything in Brazil. But anyway, I have to flight back to Brazil and wait.

She said: you can try to come tomorrow and enter, but today, you will not and I think is better if you wait all this process in Brazil.

Learn one thing about immigration, they will usually sweet talk you after refusal (and minimize the impact of them denying you entry on future immigration applications) so that you don’t get too upset and possibly belligerent.

That's not just immigration, that's all of customer service.

So you got to the airport in the USA and they made you turn around? How often have you been coming to the USA on a B1/B2 tourist Visa?

Since 2014 I travel to the USA with frequency, but I was there in January and try to fly back in February, I’m sure, that was one of the reasons why they didn’t give me permission.

No, Im in Canada, my connection was in Canada, they have American Imigration here. They didn’t deport me or cancel my visa, and in the end, Canada immigration gave me permission to spend some days here and my boyfriend came to spend some days with me here too. He got back to the USA yesterday at night and I’m going to Brazil tomorrow.

Okay, so you were trying to go to the USA and your connection was in Canada and you got stopped in Canada? I am asking because my fiancé is coming this week from Venezuela through Panama City for only 10 days and she has a B1/B2 tourist Visa and has not been here for 6 months, so I am little worried.

Yes it was, but in January I spent 20 days in the USA and it was ok, I was with lots of luggages and wen through Miami, I told the same, I told Im in a fiancé visa process and I was moving my things slowly and it was ok, American Costums just said: Renata, I wish you all the best and enjoy your days. In Canada was the problem, maybe because I just spent 6 days in Brazil, but anyway. No worries to your fiancé, she doesn’t need to tell she is in this process, I just told because I was with lots of luggages and I had to explain. She just need to say: I’m going to visit my boyfriend and that’s all, she is not lying. Lemme ask.... does she have the international yellow fever certification? I’m just asking because she needs to travel through Panamá
