DS Form 157 question

MJ is trying to fill in box 12 for the employer address but the number if spaces available won't allow her to put the full address in. Any ideas?

i think its in the instruction that if it wont fit, try to print another DS form and continue it in the other form... we had the same probs, but what i did, is i tried to cut it short. didnt fill up as accurate (complete address) just the city and street then of course phone number. that way i only use one form and besides, i dont think they really care about it??? thats what i did anywayz
