Naturalization and Social security record (possible Form SS-5 mistake)

I just became a naturalized us citizen. During our oath ceremony uscis officers told us that we need to update our social security record. I got my social security number and card About ten years ago when I was an exchange student on. My English was not super great back then. The problem is that I might have mistakenly put my mother’s married last name instead of her maiden on Form SS-5 About ten years ago. It looks like I may need to fill out new SS-5 form now to update my record since I am a citizen now. When I became a permanent resident I went there and updated my record but did not fill out that form again. I am worried if that possible past mistake on the form would cause me any problems. If I put her maiden last name now and it’s her married last name in the system already? Could I have any problems with uscis because of that mistake? Would they denaturalize me? I don’t want anyone to think that I made any kind of material misrepresentation by writing my mother’s married last name instead of her maiden. If I made a mistake it is just due to my limited English proficiency at that time. I was not trying to hide any fact or lie on the application form. What should I do?

Don’t worry about it at all, just update your citizenship status with them, and use correct mother this time. No issues.
