Wet signature required for beneficiary abroad?

Hi all,

 

My fiance is in Thailand (I am in America). We are working on our I-129 F  application and have been reading varied opinions on whether or not the beneficiary needs to sign the documents with wet ink?

 

From my understanding it sounds like this is no longer required?

 

Is she ok to just sign, scan, and send in email to me? Or do I have to have her send the original signed copies over post?

 

If any of you have recently been approved for the K1 visa and did not have the beneficiary sign with wet ink, please chime in!

You don't need opinions,  what you need is to read the instructions.   The instructions indicate that all evidence submitted to the uscis is to be legible photocopies unless an original is SPECIFICALLY requested.   Interpret this literally.
