I just found out we were transferred to Texas from Nebraska on April 4th 2020. Our NOA1 date is Feb 25th. As Texas service centre times are faster (4.5 -7 months) do they take into account the months you have already been waiting?

Did anyone else from Potomac notice the processing timed going backwards again for US Citizensand forward for permanent residents? Is this a glitch like the last time?

Hi, I got Potomac too. I do hope it is a glitch! However other service centers than Potomac, such as Texas and Nebraska, seem normal(even faster!). What a nightmare!

I knew Texas was "faster" but when I saw Nebraska pass us I just wanted to cry. I hope it gets fixed soon

It seems to go back and forth every month when they do an update. Texas was showing LPR longer processing time than USC, then it updated and it was LPR shorter than USC. Then it was updated recently and now shows LPR longer again. I think it has been the same way with all the service centers. Doesn’t make much sense!

How did you find out that you were transferred. And is it possible to request for a transfer to a faster center?
