Hey Folks, Got some good news! Our case was approved on 22nd of this month (just got the notification). It appears that they transferred our case to Texas SC from Potomac without letting us know.

It would be awesome if people can post how often their file was 'touched'. I wonder if there is a correlation between the number of times a file is touched and how quickly it gets approved.

It’s irrelevant how many times a case was touched. Some people have their cases touched many times and they are still waiting. On the other hand, others do not have a single touch and they are approved. So don’t worry about the touches.
