Our I-130 was approved on 8/28/20! NOA2 didn't show up in our docs section on USCIS website until this morning. Our PD was 2/4/20, SC is Texas (and NOA2 came from there as well so I assume it was never transferred). Dates updated on the USCIS site on 2/28/20, 4/28/20 and then 8/25/20, 8/27/20 and 8/31/20. I am so happy and excited to see how fast we move through the NVC phase. I hope everyone else gets approved soon.

Hello!

Filed i130 for father on Feb 11. Case is approved on Aug 20. He is submitting civil docs to NVC now. NVC needs petitioner's birth cert and marriage cert submitted. It says bring original docs to interview only. Do I need to send him the originals from USA to Israel?

Nope not true at all. First of all, cases are randomly distributed to the service centers, you could live in Texas and your case still get sent to Nebraska. Second of all, political affiliation, whether personal or state majority, has nothing to do with the visa process, nor is it ever even considered at all by USCIS. What she is saying is baseless nonsensical b.s., many lawyers prove time and time again that they don't actually know squat about this process

Let's hope so

Pd date for my husband and daughter feb 26. My husband case is still Texas S.C, my daughters case was transferred to Potomac (longer processing time). No activity on both. I’m so stressed over my daughters that was transferred.

Finally received a date change today!!!! Last date change was back on may 5th. I submitted feb 26 2020 hoping I get my approval any day now🙏

Hope you do too! We had the same experience, no date change from April 28 to Aug 25. So hopefully yours is the same as ours and gets approved within the next week.

We received NVC welcome email today so onto the next step. 🥳
