My apologies, but you seemed to imply it.

Anyway,

Eric Holder: Fast and Furious Operation that went terribly awry....one of those guns ended up killing a border patrol agent (maybe you're enthused about that).

Eric Holder: (as Attorney General) actually said he was Obama's "wingman"

Eric Holder: Held in contempt for not testifying before congress....boy, does that sound familiar....

Obama I am sure just heard about all this stuff "through the news reports....like everyone else"

Seriously, I am a pretty reluctant Trump supporter, but most of his policies I agree with...but I am a bite your teeth and vote kind of guy.....Honestly, the Democrats have put up no candidate that can take my vote....I didn't mind Bill Clinton, he did an OK (and I mean just OK) job .... but the clowns the Dems have put forward?  Maybe they should have spent more time getting a viable candidate for ALL of the US instead of impeaching and doing whatever the hell they've been doing for the last four years.

Ohhh...and while watching the Democrat Debate last night my wife turned to me and said

"If Bloomberg has so much money whey the hell doesn't he fix his teeth"

😀

She seems to like Trump's policies even more than I do.

Yeah, I am not a Constitutional scholar, but I do know that "overrule" is not the verb. "Override" is the action and once a felon, always a felon.

You do?  Interesting, wouldn’t a pardon reverse the conviction and sentence?

Only a higher court can overrule the judge.  The Congress and the President do not rule over the judiciary.

Far from just being semantics, the pardon does not effectively "overrule" either:

"The beneficiary of a pardon needs to accept the pardon.[2] The Supreme Court stated in Burdick v. United States that a pardon carries an "imputation of guilt," and acceptance of a pardon is a confession to such guilt. [3]"

I didn't imply anything about corruption or lack of corruption either. If implied anything, it is that these DOJ prosecutors resigned for professional or moral objections and not political reasons.

Hint. It starts with meeting and ends with Tarmac. Just one of the few

They didnt resign, which would be ok. They refused to to participate in the case to which they had been assigned. If I was their boss they would be fired.

"

Zelinsky resigned as a special assistant U.S. Attorney in the Washington D.C. office. It appears he continues to work for the Justice Department in his earlier capacity with the Maryland U.S. Attorney's Office.

Kravis resigned as a prosecutor in the U.S. Attorney's office for D.C. Jed and Marando said they are withdrawing from the case"

The only ones who knows their real motives is themselves. Again the  appointments from the Bush Administration are less likely to be strictly partisan.

One thing is clear, the President's attacks on the judge, the FBI and the lawyers means he is siding with the convicted felon.  Why do you think that is?

When did President Trump ever get involved with the prosecution and/or conviction of Stone?  He didn’t say anything until sentencing.  If voicing an opinion regarding the over-the-top sentencing recommendation these four “Never Trumpers” blindsided the DOJ with is saying one is siding with a felon convicted of process crimes is wrong, there are plenty of folks who would fall into that category including the trial judge.  I know the “Barr is Trump’s personal lawyer” narrative is a repeating Democrat/biased media talking point (just like Russian collusion), but I don’t seem to remember hearing the same outrage when Holder said he was President Obama’s “wingman”.

Personally, I think Stone deserves jail time, and I don’t think Trump will pardon him or commute his sentence, I only wish justice was applied equally.  Stone’s main charge was lying to Congress, so where are the prosecutions of Clapper, Comey, McCabe, or Brennan for lying to Congress on multiple occasions?

LOL on the teeth.

If I were a voting person back in the day, Clinton was the last democrat I would have voted for to this day.

I think if I don't vote Trump, my wife will make me regret it for a long time.  She loves Trump.  Gets very vocal (just between us) whenever someone starts trying to drag him down.
