 Is it  possible to use the  K-1 appointment visa interview Abu Dabi send to me, to get my  medical done here in Lagos  while waiting for case transfer??

We got RFE also and i had provided 3 years of tax returns already they asked for the most recent and up till a week or so ago that would have been 2018. So we did 2019 and sent them in with the original letter requesting the taxes and made a copy of the letter for us as well. Frustrating as we are now 151 days waiting for just the AP to come in.

The medical is done by Doctors approved by the Consulate so that would be no.

Can someone tell me the basic question they ask in fiancé visa interview??

Each person's interview questions will be different since each interview is done by a different officer.

The questions they tend to ask always surround the length of time you guys have known each other, how often you would have visited each other, have you met each other's family, etc. etc. etc.

If there's a huge age gap, then be prepared to answer those type of probing and uncomfortable questions.

Be prepared to provide ample evidence (if you have it) of your relationship....trips together, visits to each other, pictures spending time together (don't even try photoshopping anything, it won't work  ), and maybe calls/Skype logs/WhatsApp messages, etc., between each other.

 

You basically have to prove to the officer that your relationship is bonafide and not fraudulent for immigration benefits.
